Here at Jaz we take great pride in what we do. We want to offer you,the customer, the best possible service and value for money that your hard earned cash can buy. Servicing is carried out according to Porsche set service schedules but what we offer you is that little bit extra. We don't charge any labour for fitting bulbs,wiper blades or batteries for example,it's things like this where we can add just that little bit of extra value for you when we service your car that makes the difference. We may not be the cheapest and are certainly not the most expensive but all our staff like to do what they call "The little bit of lovin". This is not just the usual wash and hoover (which we do to all cars that visit Jaz) but things like the extra bit of lube on your squeaky window seal,silly grommet missing from your mirror bolts,or loose door pockets that you forgot to mention when you booked it in. These small niggles that get attended to make that little bit of difference. These are the things YOU notice when your drive your car.

Every car that comes to us is subjected to a thorough inspection. If any faults are flagged up, the work is priced and prioritised on to a defect sheet which is kept on file for future reference.. You are then informed and advised of the condition of your car and what work is needed. We will never undertake any works to your car without prior permission. We would normally only fit Genuine Porsche parts but where applicable we do offer high quality alternatives,usually an O.E manufacturer (like Bosch for example) to suit all budgets,passing some considerable savings to you. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the job and advised immediately of any changes.
